Dick Kulpa

Former Alderman of Loves Park, Illinois. Nationally known cartoonist. Former art director for the tabloid Weekly World News. In 2000, he acquired the national humor magazine Cracked and became its editor and publisher. Under his leadership, Cracked's circulation declined and the magazine suffered from poor circulation. He sold the magazine in 2005.
