Design-Build-Bid(D-B-B) is a project delivery method in which the agency or owner holds separate contracts with separate entities for the design and construction of a project.

Design-Build-Bid is the traditional method for project delivery.

There are three main sequential phases to the Design-Build-Bid delivery method:

• The design phase
• The bidding phase
• The construction phase
