Den Gamle Bokstova

Den Gamle Bokstova or "The Old Bookstove" is situated in Alversund, not far from Bergen in western Norway. A small group of people meets 6–8 times a year to discuss literature. Often authers are invited to tell their story. The building where the meetings are held, is very old – from the 16th. century – and was in earlier times library as well as bank and official house of the community of Alversund. Den Gamle Bokstova is run by Modahl, Tor who usually is known as the bookseller in Knarvik.
