Danny Blind

Dirk Franciscus "Danny" Blind (born August 1 1961, Oost-Souburg, Netherlands) is a former football player. He has played as a defender for RCS, Sparta Rotterdam, Ajax Amsterdam and the Dutch national team.

Currently he is head coach at Ajax, appointed on March 14 as successor to Ronald Koeman who resigned in February 2005.
