Cybercast News Service

The Cybercast News Service (also CNSNews.com) was founded on June 16, 1998 by the Media Research Center, a conservative media watchdog group. Its role is to be a balanced source of news by covering stories that more maintstream news organizations ignored. Examples of such stories include Walt Disney World's hosting of annual Gay Day events and the effort to keep a comatose Florida woman, Terri Schiavo, alive. CNSNews.com provides news articles for Townhall.com and other conservative websites for a subscription fee.

Its leadership consists of President Brent Bozell and Editor-in-Chief David Thibault, who became top editor in April 2005. Its editor from 1998–2005 was Scott Hogenson, who also worked as the chief of radio operations for the Republican National Committee in 2004.
