Cumbria Institute of the Arts

Cumbria Institute of the Arts is a further and higher education institution in Carlisle, the United Kingdom. Almost 2,000 students are active within the college in any one year, either as full-time or as part-time pupils, and often on degree courses.

It teaches in precisely the kind of fields as the name suggests, having been in existence since the birth of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts in 1822.
