Cullen Baker

Cullen Baker, was a desperado whose gang killed hundreds of people, including many former slaves, after the American Civil War. Baker operated from the Sulphur River bottoms near Bright Star, Arkansas. Authorities credit him officially with killing at least 30 people. He was killed by a pursuing posse in January 1869.
