Crécy-en-Ponthieu
Crécy-en-Ponthieu is a small village in France, souch of Calais. It is best-known as the site of the Battle of Crécy in 1346, one of the earliest and most important battles of the Hundred Years' War.
In the 14th century, the language spoken in Crécy was not French. It was Flemish.
