Coyotas

Coyotas are a typical dessert from northwest Mexico, original from the state of Sonora. They are round, crispy and filled traditionally with brown sugar (although other fillings such as apple or coconut are common), and at roughly 15 cm in diameter, can be considered as a super-sized cookie.
