Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman Badge

The Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman Badge is a military decoration of the United States Navy which was first created in 1992. The badge is authorized to members of small boat assault units who have completed full combat qualifications onboard an inshore assault craft.

To receive the Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman Badge, a service member must first qualify for the Small Craft Pin and receive further training in combat tactics, small arms assault, and close quarters naval combat. The badge will only be presented after completion of all qualifications, an underway field exercise exam, and passing a qualification examination board.

The Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman Badge is recognized as the most difficult qualification badge to obtain in the small boat community. It is issued in a single grade and is awarded only to enlisted personnel. The officer equivalent is the Special Operations Pin, a variation of the Navy's Surface Warfare Badge.
