Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education
The Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education or CURE is an organization founded by Star Parker in 1995 to "jump start national dialogue on issues of race and poverty," according to their web site. It is based in Los Angeles, California. They focus on personal freedom and personal responsibility as solutions to poverty, rather than welfare dependence.
