Christian Berglund

Christian Berglund (born March 12, 1980) is a professional Swedish-American athlete. He is best known for playing as a left winger in the Florida Panthers, a National Hockey League franchise.

Berglund was born in Örebro, Sweden. He began his career in Swedish Elite League and Swedish World Junior Championship teams. In the 1998 Entry Draft, Berglund became the New Jersey Devils's third choice, being chosen in the second round as the 37th overall pick. He played in the minor league Albany River Rats, the Devils' affilated team, but began playing for the Devils themselves in the 2001-2002 season. On March 1, 2004, he and teammate Victor Uchevatov were traded to the Florida Panthers in exchange for Viktor Kozlov.

Berglund shoots left. His height is 5'11" and his weight is 195 pounds.
