Elftor
Elftor is the main character of an eponymous web comic. He is a small yellow creature with an orange pointy hat that looks quite like a gnome, even though he claims to be an elf. Elftor lives in Elfland (which in real life is Vermont) and has a sense of morality which some people may consider unusual, such as killing and eating friends like Cheesetor, a talking piece of swiss cheese.
The comic is known for its dark humor, twisted logic and heavy sarcasm. Certain polemic subjects like politics are often portrayed on Elftor's stories, in a rather humorous way. The comic is also famous for its countless guest appearances, such as Osama bin Laden, R2-D2, Descartes, Harry Potter and God, along with others.
Elftor has had many adventures over the years, including Elftor Goes to Saudi Arabia, Elftor Transcends Partisan Politics, and Elftor The Web Designer.
The comic first appeared on July 30, 2001.
