Charles Larson

Charles R. Larson is a retired four star Admiral of the United States Navy.

He twice served as Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He also served as CINCPAC (Commander in Chief, Pacific).

In 2002, after switching parties to become a Democrat, he ran unsuccessfully for Lieutenant Governor of Maryland with Democrat Kathleen Kennedy Townsend. He and his wife Sally reside in Annapolis.

As of 2004, he serves on the Northrop Grumman Corporation's Board of Directors.
