Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson (born January 9, 1978 in Miami, Florida) is an American football player, who plays as a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals. He was drafted out of Oregon State by the Bengals with the fifth pick in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He was a teammate of current Bengals wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh while at Oregon State. He is also the cousin of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson.

Johnson is known for his flamboyant playing style and trash talk, but he recently saw his antics backfire after sending the entire Cleveland Browns defensive secondary bottles of Pepto Bismol, implying he would make them sick when he played them. The Browns held Johnson to three receptions and no touchdowns.

He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2003 and 2004.

College Career

     Chad Johnson attended Oregon State University.In 2000,he received 37 passes for 806 yards(21.8 yards per reception),and 8 touchdowns,while leading Oregon State to a 4th ranked team in the nation,and a victory in the Fiesta Bowl.
