Celebrant

In Tolkien's Middle-earth, the river Celebrant was a stream rising in the eastern Misty Mountains near the exit from Moria.

It then ran through Lórien where it was met by the Nimrodel river, and emptied into the Anduin.

The Fellowship of the Ring followed this river when they travelled from Moria to Lórien.

It was called Silverlode in Westron and Kibil-nâla in Khuzdul, the language of Dwarves.

It formed the northern boundary of the Field of Celebrant. Celeborn and Galadriel of Lórien claimed it as part of their realm.
