Catarman, Northern Samar

Catarman is the capital of Northern Samar. This is a developing town in the shoulder of Samar Island. This town is in the process of renewing its face from then poor and underdeveloped town way back in the 80's.

This place is a very good place for people who likes semi-traditional way of treatment. Being the place where people are traditionally inclined that caters the spanish-chinese and waraynon folklore. Catarman, being the capital town of the Province of Northern Samar is already having the modernized way of communication and trasportation(telephone, internet, busses and air trasportation).

It has the University of Eastern Philippines, which is the biggest university in Region 8 having 3 campuses (UEP Main, Laoang and Catubig) that caters 30,000 students who are competitive and is ready to compete in any other schools in the Philippines. Today, this town is on its process to become more developed and prosperous place in the country.
