Castleknock
Castleknock (Caisleán Cnucha in Irish meaning Cnucha's Castle) is an affluent residential suburb in the west of Dublin city in Ireland. Castleknock is in the Dublin 15 postal area. The village is located next to the M50 motorway, closer to the city than Blanchardstown. The Royal Canal and the Dublin–Sligo railway line pass through the area. St. Brigid is the patron saint of the area.
Famous children of Castleknock include actor Colin Farrell, Irish Government Minister Brian Lenihan Jr., and current Ireland and Lions Rugby Union Captain, Brian O'Driscoll.

Castleknock also lays claim to the largest Tennis Facility in Ireland, which was home to tennis for the 2004 Special Olympics.
