Location Cape Beale is located on the West coast of Vancouver Island, SW of Bamfield.

Lightkeepers

Norbert (Norbie) Brand is the senior lighthouse keeper at Cape Beale and has been there for approximately 27 years!! An ultimate achievement from an amazing man that I had the pleasure to meet.

The assistant lightkeeper at Cape Beale is Ivan Dubinsky. Click here to send him an e-mail message . Ivan is an amateur radio operator, VE7IVN. He can often be found on the BC Net at 0130Z on 3729 kHz and the Aurora Net at 2330 Z on 7055 kHz

Cape Beale is often visited by hikers in the area, in which both Ivan and Norbie would love having visitors!
