Cadbury's Creme Egg

The yellow-orange interior simulates the yolk of an egg.
The Creme Egg is a brand of chocolate egg produced by Cadbury-Schweppes. In the UK, where the company is based, Creme Eggs are available all year round, however in the US they are only produced during the early months of the year leading up to Easter. The egg has a chocolate "shell", with white and yellow cream inside.

Creme eggs are usually sold individually or in packets of three, six, twelve, and boxes of fifteen and twenty four. The mascot is the Creme Egg Chick, who appears on the foil wrapping of the eggs, which is usually red, yellow and blue in color.

It has been marketed in the UK by the famous question "How do you eat yours?" since the 1980s (there have been many competitions to find the funniest answer to this), and in Australia with the slogan "Don't get caught with egg on your face". In the United States, Creme Eggs are advertised on television with a rabbit (representing the Easter Bunny) who clucks like a chicken.
