Burter

Burter is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z manga and anime series.

Burter is the tall blue member of the Ginyu Force who posseses incredible speed. He's very confident in the ability of himself and The Ginyu Force until Son Goku shows up and makes a mockery of Burter's speed. Burter is KO'ed by Goku and later it is later discovered that Burter is actually Goku's long lost brother but he is later killed by Vegeta before Goku can save him.
