Bourbon biscuit

(Redirected from Bourbon Biscuit)

The Bourbon biscuit has two thin rectangular dark chocolate biscuits between which is sandwiched a cream chocolate fondant filling.

The Bourbon was introduced in 1910 (originally under the name Creola) by the Bermondsey biscuit company Peek Frean, originator of the Garibaldi biscuit.

It is similar in construction to the circular Oreo.
