Bosnia and Herzegovina is represented by the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH OK) at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Nine Bosnian athletes qualified for the olympics:

- Nedad Fazlija, the flag bearer (shooting) – finished 35th in 10 m Air Rifle; 44th in [m Rifle Prone] and 33rd in 50 m Rifle 3 Positions
- Amel Mekić (judo) – defeated in the first round
- eljko Panić (swimming) – finished 54th in 100 m Freestyle
- Srđan Miličević (table tennis) – defeated in the second round
