Blüdhaven

Blüdhaven is a fictional city in the DC universe and the most recent home of Dick Grayson (aka Nightwing). While it is located adjacent to Gotham City, the location of Blüdhaven in relation to Gotham City is rarely mentioned. However it is noted in the "Cataclysm" story arc that Gotham lies north of Blüdhaven, along the coast of Gotham River.

The city itself seems to be a paragon of corruption and moral terpitude, having worse crime rates than Gotham and being largely the domain of organized crime syndicates and corrupt cops. The corruption in the police force is oft noted by Nightwing as starting from the mayor's office and working it's way down. This is evidinced by the fact that Chief of Police Chief Redhorn is steeped the most in criminal activities and has the highest number of criminal ties.
