Belarus competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. It was the second time the nation had competed separately from the other republics of the Soviet Union. Belarus competed under the IOC country code BLR.

Archery
In its second Olympic archery competition, Belarus was represented by two women and one man. They were not as successful as they had been four years earlier, but two of the archers still managed to win their first matches.
Women's individual:
- Anna Karaseva – round of 32, 30th place (1–1)
- Olga Moroz – round of 64, 61st place (0–1)
Men's individual:
- Nico Hendrickx – round of 32, 27th place (1–1)
