Bat Lash

Bat Lash is a DC Comics Western comic book character. The character first appeared in Showcase #76 then went onto his own title which lasted seven issues. Mad Magazine artist Sergio Aragones worked on the series giving it its comic edge.

Bat Lash was a gambler and acted like a coward in the sense that he would try to avoid trouble but would fight when forced to do so. In many ways he resembled the Bret Maverick character of television series and movie fame.
