Barrow Down

The Barrow Downs are a section of land near the Old Forest in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy. They are the tombs of malevolent spirits called Barrow Wights. Frodo,Sam,Merry, and Pippin travel through this area after meeting Tom Bombadil and they are captured by a Wight, Frodo sings a song that he was taught by Bombadil, and Bombadil appears and wards off the Wight
