Bag Enderby
Bag Enderby is little more than the buildings of Hall Farm, a few cottages and the church (St. Margaret's) built originally by lbini de Enderby who died in 1407 and is commemorated on a sepulchral slab. It lies just north of the A158 between Horncastle and Partney, Lincolnshire.
There is, however, a large gas and oil field under the area, owned by Roc Oil Company of Australia.
There are three 'Enderbys' in Lincolnshire, Bag Enderby, Mavis Enderby, and Wood Enderby.
