Avenpace

Avenpace (a.k.a. Ibn Badjdja) (c. 1138) Was a high dignitary in Islamic Spain. He wrote commentaries on works by Aristotle, who he interpreted in terms of Neo-Platonism. His treatise The Hermit's Guide was his most famous.
