Substance is lisuride hydrogen maleate. Intended use is to block lactation.
Dopaminergique agonist – which means it can get you high.
Its misuse is documented in the film Children Underground, winner of 2001 Sundance Special Jury Prize for Best Documentary feature. This film follows a group of Romanian street kids living in Victory Square train station in Bucharest, although this is not the film's primary objective. The substance is inhaled using plastic bags.
