Areosa

Areosa is a parish located on the portuguese municipality of Viana do Castelo. On the 2001 census, Areosa had a total population of 4 485. The total area is 11,22²/1,122 ha which gives a population density of 399,7 inhabitants per km².

Flag and the Coat of Arms

Its coat of arms has a red shield with two wheels, one is wooden on the left anf the other is shaped like a windmill to the right. The castle is in the middle. The green and grey labels lie to the bottom. The flag color is yellow.
