Ansaldobreda S.P.A. is a company based in Naples, Italy and responsible for designing and manufacturing railway and mass transit vehicles.
The company was formed by the merger of the Ansaldo Trasporti unit with Breda Costruzioni Ferroviarie. Among other products, this company manufactures some of the LRVs used by the San Francisco, California Muni and the Boston, Massachusetts MBTA (although Boston has since cancelled the contract for these cars; see Green Line (MBTA)).
