Ann Morgan Guilbert

Ann Morgan Guilbert (b. October 16, 1928 Minneapolis, Minnesota) is an United States actress best known for her television roles as Millie Helper on The Dick Van Dyke Show in the 1960s and Yetta Rosenberg on The Nanny in the 1990s. She had appeared in many other televison shows as minor characters, including multiple guest spots playing different characters on Emergency! and Picket Fences, as well as two appearences as the character Evelyn in the 3rd and 7th seasons of Seinfeld. She has appeared in the films including A Guide for the Married Man, Viva Max!, and Grumpier Old Men.
