Älvsbyn Municipality

Älvsbyn is a municipality in Norrbotten County, in northern Sweden. The municipality covers an area of 1713.2 km². Of the total population of 8947, 4508 are male, and 4439 are female. The population density of the community is 5 inhabitants per km².
