Alfie (2004 movie)

Alfie is a 2004 American-British comedy romance film starring Jude Law as the title character. It is written and directed by Charles Shyer. It is a remake of a 1966 film.

The 2004 version of Alfie takes place in New York City, rather than in London, where the original 1966 film took place.

The music score was composed by Rolling Stone Mick Jagger, former Eurythmic Dave Stewart, and John Powell, featuring 13 original songs and a remake of the original 1966 title song.

The film was a major box office flop and has not made back its original budget. It was voted by by the British "Blockbuster" Magazine one of the worst remakes of all time.
