Alex Sanders
Alex Sanders is an American politician from the state of South Carolina who was the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate seat that opened up after the retirement of Strom Thurmond in 2002. He was defeated by the Republican candidate, U.S. Representative Lindsay Graham.
