Another Aldo Costa (born 1925?) is a Frenchman who believes in the possibility of perpetual motion. He spent five decades and more than $200,000 in building a giant wheel supposed to turn around indefinitely. However, he admits that it stalls after three hours. He nevertheless maintains that he has demonstrated a working principle and that the wheel would only need to be larger, but he is not allowed to build such a giant one.
