Aga, Niigata

Aga (阿賀町, -machi) is a town located in Higashikanbara District, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It has an area of 952.88 km² and a population of 15,520 as of February 28, 2005.

History

The town was established on April 1, 2005 in a merger of Kamikawa, Kanose, Mikawa, and Tsugawa.
