Abraham Tucker
Abraham Tucker (September 2, 1705 – November 20, 1774), philosophic writer, born in London, and educated at Oxford, was a country gentleman, who devoted himself to the study of philosophy, and wrote under the name of Edward Search, a work in 7 volumes, The Light of Nature Followed (1768–78). It is rather a miscellany than a systematic treatise, but contains much original and acute thinking.
