Abi-albon

This entry incorporates text from Easton's Bible Dictionary, 1897, with some modernisation.

Abi-albon (Hebrew "father of strength", "valiant") was one of David's body-guard of thirty mighty men (2 Samuel 23:31); also called Abiel (1 Chronicles 11:32).
