Abdul-Latif Rashid
Latif Rashid is the current Iraqi Minister of Water Resources, part of the cabinet appointed by the Interim Iraq Governing Council in September 2003. Rashid previously served as a spokesperson for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in the United Kingdom. He is a graduate from Manchester University.
