Abdelaziz Belkhadem
Abdelaziz Belkhadem (born November 8 1945 in Aflou, Tiaret region, Algeria) is an Algerian politician. He was the president of the parliament of Algeria from 1990 until 1991, and was the foreign minister of that country from 2000 to 2005.
