Aaron Latham

Aaron Latham is a journalist who wrote the article that inspired the movie Urban Cowboy and co-wrote its script with director James Bridges.

Latham is a regular contributor to such publications as Rolling Stone, Esquire, Talk, and The New York Times. He is married to CBS newswoman and 60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl, and has one daughter named Taylor.

He has written a few novels, and co-wrote the script to the movie "Perfect", with Bridges, which again was inspired by his articles.
