AJS

Disambig.: AJS is also the American Journal of Sociology

The AJS was an English car manufactured by the motorcycle company A. J. Stevens Ltd. between 1930 and 1933. Few of the light cars, each of which had a 1081cc Coventry-Climax engine, were sold, and the design was soon taken over by Crossley. A 1½-liter model was planned, but failed to materialize except to appear at the 1932 Motor Show.
