9th/12th Royal Lancers
The 9th/12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales's) is an armoured regiment of the British Army.
It was formed in 1960 from the amalgamation of the
- 9th Queen's Royal Lancers
- 12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales's).
In 2005 the regiment serves in the formation reconnaissance role with 3(UK)Division.
