The Revolution is a radio station broadcasting to the areas of Rochdale, Oldham and Tameside in Greater Manchester, England. The station initially launched with a general pop and rock format, but in 2005 this changed to a more specialist rock and indie music format with the commencement of former Inspiral Carpets keyboard player Clint Boon's new role as head of music.
