110 Lydia is a quite large Main belt asteroid composed of fairly pure nickel-iron. Lydia asteroid family is named after it.

It was discovered by A. Borrelly on April 19, 1870. It was his second asteroid discovery.

Lydia occulted a dim star on September 18, 1999.
